Whether you work in sales, marketing, HR, engineering, customer service or IT - financial literacy and economic principles will apply. The greater the financial knowledge and acumen of employees, the more financially robust the organisation will be.

The Mission of Barefoot Finance is to elevate the financial wellbeing of humanity, both in the workplace and at home.

Our Objectives for Corporates are twofold. Firstly, for the organisation to improve business performance by increasing the financial literacy of its employees. Secondly, for employees to elevate their own financial reward by improving financial knowledge and acumen. It's a win-win.

Over the last 30 years I’ve built and led Finance teams in 8 global companies across a variety of industries, holding multiple executive finance roles and Board leadership positions. I now want to share my knowledge.

I teach financial intelligence and have created a number of programs that I deliver to Corporate clients. Programs are designed to run for 2 days to ensure comprehensive learning, but can be condensed into 1 day or even shorter depending on client requirement. Class sizes are at the client's discretion, but on experience the most effective group is between 12-15 attendees.
