About ME

Hi, I'm James Males, founder of Barefoot Finance.

Over the last 30 years, I’ve built and led Finance teams in 8 global companies across multiple industries - from tech to telco, investment banking to sporting goods, utilities to manufacturing.

Now I want to share my knowledge.

My mission today is to inspire financial literacy and to elevate the financial wellbeing of humanity. Finance is fun, and with financial intelligence we are all capable of turning numbers into meaning and delivering incremental value at work or at home.
